We hereby invite you to be part of SHIFTING FOCUS Photo Book Market in Berlin Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th of July, 2016. The market will focus on books from independent publishers and artists, as well as exclusive rare photobooks and collaborators from the exhibition project SHIFTING FOCUS, which will display the works of 15 international artists throughout the venue. There will also be a small catering service (drinks and snacks) and a programme with lectures and book signings.
The event will take place at the Projekträume of the renowned Kunsquartier Bethanien, an exhibition space for contemporary art with focus on current social and cultural issues. With its 250sqm facilities surrounded by Kreuzbergs bars and restaurants, this former hospital will host the Photo Book market, introducing the undiscovered and ‚up and coming‘ of the photo books.
